FMAM’s first AGM was held in conjunction with a facilitated planning session on November 10, 2007, less than a year after the first seeds were planted. A large turnout of just over 50 people made for an entertaining, fun day where the wishes of the membership were explored. A report penned by facilitator Julie Price of Heifer International outlining the day pinpointed 5 main areas FMAM’s membership would like the board to focus on. They were:
